Our three-month warranty

When you move in to your new home, your Customer Relationship Consultant (CRC) will hand over all warranty documentation that includes instruction manuals, your keys, remote controls, contact details for service connections, and a list of dos and don’ts. They’ll also run you through everything to ensure it’s all in excellent working order.

As homes become lived in and materials adjust to climate changes, sometimes minor repair work is needed. Once you’ve lived in your home for three months, you can complete a Post Construction Warranty Form to raise any issues that have come up during the settling period. Our maintenance warranty covers the following:

  • Home maintenance and care
  • Appliances
  • Termite protection
  • Reimbursement of council crossover fees (if applicable)

Our Lifetime Structural Guarantee covers things like concrete foundations and structural brickwork. We do our best to make sure you’re comfortable but we don’t cover damage caused by storms or natural disasters.

To ensure your home stays looking as good as it is safe, we've created these best practice tips to make sure the outside of your home, from the concrete slabs to the drains and more, will stand the test of time.
